How do I know if thisis a good class for me?
We can offer beginner classes, intermediate level classes and express 30 minute classes – all designed to help you improve on your cycling skills. If you’re looking for a great new way to enjoy cycling indoors, sign up today to make new friends whilst keeping fit!
What do I need tobring to this class?
Kids should wear workout clothes and bring water—easy. If they have gloves or wraps, bring them, but it’s totally fine to start without equipment and get set up after the first class.
