This is a beginner-friendly Jiu-Jitsu class where you learn safe, step-by-step grappling and self-defense skills while getting a great full-body workout. We focus on control, balance, and technique in a supportive, family-friendly environment.

This class is for you if you’re looking to get in shape, learn something new, and feel more confident—without needing any experience. We keep training supportive and structured, so beginners (and families) can start comfortably and grow over time.

What do I need tobring to this class?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a good attitude. If you have a gi (uniform) or No-Gi gear (rashguard and shorts), bring it—if not, just come in athletic clothing and we’ll help you get set up.
